Residence Inn by Marriott Valencia

Staff was veryOne of the many days that I stood there I was running a little late and making a payment for that day was running a little late because I was having an asthma attack, an needed a treatment, so management came to me at my front room door until I was done finishing my asthma treatment to follow me downstairs to make sure payment was made

The night manager was rude and provided terrible customer service. Ignored guest, barely looked at folks and when they did, it was with irritation and disgust. Literally, every other staff member was exceptional!

Can’t say much about the breakfast … but it was warm… the hotel location was odd or difficult to find… a truck was parked obstructing the small marquee… which had us and GPS going in circles… in speaking with others some had same experience😩

Love the facility, breakfast was good love that the room had a refrigerator

the room was amazing, had everything for a good stay. the hotel had awesome spaces outside and inside and the breakfast was AMAZING!!!!! with variety and it’s less than 10 minutes from six flags and bars close by you can walk.
